Cast Iron Cooking: May 30, 2020 | 6-7:30pm

We’ll teach you how to cook with your passed down family cast iron skillet! If you have one and been itching to use it this is the class for you! Cast iron cooking has been around since the 1700’s! It is a great way to learn how to use this under-utilized kitchen pan during this quarantine! All you need is wifi, a glass of wine and your trusty cast iron skillet. Chef Jake will teach you how to season your cast iron with some deliciousness!
